Why functional fitness?

We use a variety of functional movements with varying intensities to help everyone reach their goals, no matter the sport. By scaling the workouts to meet everyone’s individual needs, we ensure that everyone gets the best possible workout, regardless of fitness level.

With members ranging from 9 years old to 74 years old, from olympic athletes to first time gym goers, we ensure that the workout is designed for you.

A Warm Welcome

We start every class with a warm up and an explanation of our group workout

We start the workout as a group, turn the music up and get sweaty

A HEAD START

Fundamentals Program

This program covers the basic fundamental movements you will see in our classes to help give you the head start you need in our group classes. Our main focus is on squatting, pressing, pulling, and basic gymnastics.

It consists of 3 one-on-one sessions, followed by a FREE drop-in class. Ideal for anyone who is new to the gym scene!
